Join us for Rooted & Resilient, a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga class designed to help you cultivate emotional stability, self-trust, and nervous system resilience through stillness, breath, and somatic awareness.

This Earth Element practice focuses on the stomach and spleen meridians (TCM), supporting both physical digestion and emotional grounding. Through long-held, floor-based poses, breathwork, and meditation, we’ll build your inner foundation—so you can meet life with steadiness and softness.
